Payouts

**Payout Restrictions**
Due to the large number of auto-bot users
Cash payouts will only be made to the countries listed below
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland,
Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway,
Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom,
and United States All Other countries Earnings will be used for Ads Only!
Payouts will ONLY be processed for ACTIVE MEMBERS.
Payouts will be processed within 30 days once your request has been received and information verified. Please make sure you have entered the correct information in your Payment Processor and that you have a First and Last Name on your account profile. I will NOT process payouts to members who cannot supply correct and complete information.
All payout requests will be reviewed and if your sign-up score is more than 125,000, your PTP earnings will probably not be paid.
If you have $3.85 in referral earnings and 122 Links Clicked, this is not being an Active Member and these payout request will probably be denied.
As a convenience to all members, Paypal payments are now processed thru Masspay so there are no receiving fees (other than any cross country fees applied by Paypal), but there are now fees for processing masspay payouts. I am sorry for this but it is not my rule. These are fees issued from Paypal.
Paypal Masspay's are processed 2 to 3 times per week.

Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account per IP.
You are not allowed to share payment processors.
These accounts are deleted on a regular basis.

False Representing
We will delete anyone who uses false information to get referrals.

Email Accounts
Please try to maintain current and accurate email information in your profile. Accounts with auto-responders and mail delivery failures will result in your account being suspended. I am sorry for this, but Hosts tend to get a little annoyed when emails are continually bouncing and causing strain on the servers, thus making my bandwidth go higher, making the site cost more to run each month, making prices higher for advertising. See how it all trickles down?

Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:

Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.

Creating and/or using any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking (ie - BOT Software).

Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

Once you have failed 100 cheat checks, it is obvious that you cannot read English and your account will be suspended. The cheat questions are not hard and are not often, so failure of too many tells the whole truth.

Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.

Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 30 days, your account will be deleted.
If your account has been inactive for more than 45 days, your earnings will be cleared.
If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your account will be deleted and purged.
Once your account has been deleted, all earnings, ads, upgrades and referrals will be lost.
Deleted account may be brought back to Active status one time only.

Advertising Terms
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
-- PTP Links are NOT ALLOWED in Banner Impressions (Feature or Regular Banners).
-- As of 7/01/2009, PTP Links will NO LONGER be allowed in the Click Exchange Area.
-- We also reserve the right to deny advertising that contains too many affiliates on the page which makes the page too slow to load and freezes browsers.
-- Please check your ads before placing them, as in some instances, credits may NOT be returned to your account if an ad is deleted.
-- Reported sites are check daily. I will review each report and make a decision. In some cases, as with users browsers and particular add-ons that they are using, certain issues do not show for all members. However, if an ad has received 3 reports for the same issue, that ad will be deleted.

Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.

These Terms have been modified (not changed, but modified) on 06/28/09.
